NFL SCHEDULE RELEASE 2019
This year, 2019, was the third consecutive year that I was assigned the daunting task of designing the NFL's Schedule Release Centerpiece/Hero image. There were some constraints that made this particularly challenging: 1) only generic player images allowed with no obvious signifiers 2) a limited budget 3) and a short deadline of 2 days (or so I thought at the time). Due to time and budgetary limitations, I was instructed to repurpose my design from last year. It was a bit challenging to make it seem "fresh" but I think that in the end, it worked out as well as could have been expected. I don't think that I will ever be fully "satisfied" with the outcome of a project but I guess that dissatisfaction is what pushes all of us to persist in our attempts to grow and evolve.
